Nani,when I think of you, I think about when I was a kid at Christmas time and you, papa, and Dean would come to stay with us over the holidays. You would always make these candy buckets for my sisters and I. You would decorate these jars with foil paper and stickers and ribbons, and inside there were always lots of candies that I had never seen before. When I think about it now, you put so much time and work into them. When we would come up to see you, you would have tarts, cakes, rolls, all kinds of freshly baked food waiting for us, and we would play board games.
