Cindy Graham
For my Sister Joanne and Niece Dawn
Paul was in my life for over 40 years. He was not only a brother in law, but someone who helped guide me in the absence of my Father.
His excitement of having a conversation about fishing makes me smile. It was pretty much his life until he found he had a green thumb for gardening.
Fish at Paul and Joanne's was a ritual for so many years. Even Christmas mornings I recall having white fish or crappies. He just loved cooking it for us all.
One thing I know for sure is that if we needed Paul he would be there for us. It didn't matter if it meant hauling furniture somewhere, taking us to Niagara to see the falls, teaching me how to fish up in Scoot; and just being there if I wanted to talk.
The boys loved their Uncle Paul, and in fact I still have Andrew's bear....Baby Paul! He played a special part in their lives too.
You need to remember the good times and the special times, along with words you shared with him. Always keep that close to your heart as it's the memories that keep us close to our loved ones.
Know that he was loved by so many.
He was your world, and I know he is looking down on you both, and will watch over you each and every day.
We will always be here for you should you need us.
All our love
Mark, Cindy, Chris, Michelle, Andrew, Meredith, Ethan and Jake. xoxo
