Died suddenly on Saturday May 28, 2016 after a brief illness at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood at the age of 71. Bill of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Ida. Loving father of David and his wife Monika. Cherished grandfather of William and Genevieve. Brother of Elizabeth Bateman and brother-in-law of Johnny and Emily Luciani. Bill was an outgoing people person. He befriended many and was helpful to many more. He will be greatly missed by his family, many friends and neighbours. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Wednesday June 1, 2016 from 12 Noon for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 o’clock.
