Died peacefully on Saturday May 11, 2019 at Oak Terrace, Orillia in his 90th year. Peter of Wasaga Beach, beloved partner of Gloria Ciampini for over 22 years. Father of Nancy, Dan (Sasha), Rosemary (Joe) and Judy (Scott). Grandfather of eight grandchildren. Dear brother of Mary Helen Ferguson, Ann Catherine Hartling, the late Pam Duff, the late Frank, the late Jack and the late Ralph. Peter will also be missed by Gloria’s son Joe (Rita) Ciampini, Laura O’Connor, his neighbours, friends and former funeral director colleagues. Peter had a long distinguished career with Lobraico Funeral Home and Turner and Porter. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, on Wednesday May 15, 2019 from 11 a.m. for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2 o’clock.
