Died peacefully on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at Sunset Manor, Collingwood with her loving husband at her side at the age of 80. Barb of Wasaga Beach, formerly of Oakville, beloved wife of Robert Hammond for over 49 years. Loving mother of the late Garry (d.1981), Brian (Kelly), Greg (Kara) and Sandra Hammond. Cherished grandmother of Sean, Sarah, Liam and Justin. Dear sister of Reverend Kenneth Myers (Janet). Barb was a loyal and caring woman who cherished her family and her friends. Her family would like to extend their appreciation to the caring staff at Sunset Manor. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Friday August 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. for the Memorial Service to celebrate her life in the Chapel at 11 o’clock.
