Leggett, Roland William (Roly)
Died peacefully on Wednesday September 5, 2018 at Campbell House, Collingwood surrounded by his family at the age of 88. Roly of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Ruby (nee Bruce) for over 64 years. Loving father of the late Caren (Jim Walker), John (Rosemary Frair), Bruce (Tamara) and Sandra Leggett. Cherished grandfather of Graham (Krisha) Walker, Christopher Walker, Andrea (Kevin Freer), Stephanie Walker, Scott Leggett (Vanessia Osborne) , Riley (Trista) Leggett, Kelsey (Mark Linnell) and A.J. Lufkin and to six beautiful great grandchildren. Roly was a kind man with a wonderful sense of humour. He loved to travel and when the family was younger, they camped frequently. He had a distinguished career of over 40 years with the TD Bank and served with the Royal Canadian Army Militia for 13 years, retiring as Captain. He will be deeply missed by family and many friends. As per his wishes, there will be no public ceremonies. If desired, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
