Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie at the age of 88. Theo of New Lowell, loving husband of Janet for 60 years. Loving father of Elly Van Der Heyden (Ted Telford), Andy Van Der Heyden (Nancy) and Yolanda Faudemer (Stephen). Cherished Grandpa/Opa of Andrew, Adam, Allae and Amelia. Theo will also be missed by his extended family in the Netherlands and his friends and neighbours. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 215 Pine Street, Stayner on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
