Condolence From: Kathryn Simms
Condolence: Shannon and I were close friends in elementary and high school. We spent countless hours discussing our shared passion-movies. I will miss her gentle voice and beautiful smile. I am better for all my time I spent with her, and am glad to have been such close friends.
My heart goes out to her parents and Patrick. Patrick, your mother told me so often how she loved you and was proud of you.

Condolence: We are deeply saddened to hear of Shannon's passing. She was a loving babysitter to our children when they were young and our children in turn, loved when she came to play with them. She truly has a beautiful soul and we put our trust in Our Lord and Saviour that He brings her the peace she sought. Our deepest sympathies to her family who must bear this great sorrow. Until we meet again in heaven, rest in peace dear Shannon.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to family
and friends. It is hard to imagine the loss you must be feeling. I will always be blessed with many fond memories of Shannon as a child. We had great fun in the backyard. I will always remember our trip to Quebec. Shannon was so easygoing and I always looked forward to “babysitting” her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence: Sweet, sincere Shannon. You have always had a special place in my heart. You were one of my first friends back in early elementary school days. We played our own games 'boom boom' at recess and spent many hours at your home, your treehouse, your grandmother's house and continued throughout the school years. You shared your beautiful voice with me and I loved listening to you sing. We stayed in light touch over the years through email, facebook and texting, but recently reconnected and I got to spend precious time chatting with you when you came to visit. You were always so sincere and kind. I was truly devastated hearing this sad news. I am glad you are no longer suffering, but I will miss you. To Shannon's family, I send my love and thoughts with you during this difficult time. Shannon was truly special, as I know you are aware, and she touched many people in this world in her own way. Lots of love. Dawn

Condolence: Thinking of Shannon often this week and grieving the loss of a true friend. She was so honest, sincere and open. A wonderful person in many many ways. Thinking of you, her family, and Patrick. This has been truly heartbreaking news. Shannon and I met in 1994 in the Young Company and have continued a friendship since then. All my love and hope to meet you in the spring. Amy

Condolence: To Shannon's family - I am extremely saddened and disheartened to hear about Shannon. She and I met in the summer of 1994 as members of Theatre Orangeville's Young Company. For the whole of that summer, my parents would drop me off at SuperBurger and she would drive the two of us the rest of the way to Orangeville, and back again in the evening. I remember shared laughs en route to rehearsal listening to a comedian's tape; I remember the whole company spending the night at her cottage nearby...a clan of dramatic teens, we were. I remember her smile, her eyes, her enthusiasm and her positivity. My sincere condolences. I hope she knew she was and still is thought of very fondly.
