Jurijus Cerniavskis, better known as Yuri, died suddenly on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the General & Marine Hospital in Collingwood at the young age of 55. Yuri of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Yana for over 32 years, loving father of Karina and Erika, caring son of Veronika, and dear brother to Alexander and his wife, and uncle to their four children. Yuri and Yana are the long time owners of J & J Motel on Main Street in Wasaga Beach. Yuri was a fun loving and kind man who cherished his family and friends, and enjoyed the peacefulness of fishing any time he could. He will be deeply missed. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Thursday October 26, 2017 for visitation at 1:30p.m. and for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3 o’clock.
