Robinson, Marjorie Elizabeth (nee Benson)
Died peacefully on Saturday April 29, 2017 at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood surrounded by her family in her 97th year. Marjorie of Stayner, beloved wife of the late Norris Robinson. Loving mother of Brenda Handsley and James and his wife Dianne. Cherished grandmother of Mary (Larry Dupuis), Aimee (Jonathan Kells), Leah Robinson and Justin Robinson (Brooke Brand) and great grandmother to Krysten and Alex Dupuis, Mason Brand, Sloane Kells and James Robinson. Marjorie is survived by her sister Ida Halliday and predeceased by her sister Arlene Wright. She will also be missed by her nieces, nephews and dear friends. Marjorie was a kind woman. Her easy going and bubbly personality allowed her to make friends easily. She will be deeply missed. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, on Tuesday May 2, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. for the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 o’clock. Interment Stayner Union Cemetery. Reception to follow at Centennial United Church.
