Condolence: We never had the pleasure of meeting Allan but knew of him by glowing reputation. Our home is a TIMLOCK home built by Bob and sounds like Allan inherited many of the best traits from his parents.
In our human perspective, no child should pre-decease their parents. Bob & Debbie.....our hearts go out to you. We cannot begin to imagine your pain at this monumental loss.

I had hoped he could fix many issues with my new (old) home, but he declined. I understood completely; I knew he preferred much loftier projects!
