Died peacefully after a brief illness on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood surrounded by his loving family in his 77th year. Pat of Stayner, beloved husband of Audrey (nee Dickey) for over 54 years. Loving father of Elizabeth (Richard Gembala), Patricia and Susan (Jay Koch). Cherished grandpa of John, Christopher and Alanna Gembala. Dear son-in-law of Isabel Dickey. Pat is survived by sister Kathleen Mullen, his dear cousin Mike “Amby” Kelly and his many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by the Dickey, Edward and Howey families. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Friday November 7, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 235 Pine Street, Stayner on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11 o’clock. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. If desired, remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by Pat’s family.
