Passed away peacefully on Sunday December 22, 2013 at his home in his 81st year. Trevor of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of the late Sandra (nee North). Loving father of Steven (Julianna), Laurie (David Broderick), Richard and the late Michael. Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Nicole, Evelyn and Alexander. Trevor is survived by sisters Muriel Newton, Margaret and her husband Wes Smith and Edith Cayley, sisters-in-law Beatrice Quinn, Della Quinn, Ethel North and Linda North, brothers-in-law Peter Payne, and Bill North and his many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brothers Harold and his wife Joyce, Lloyd and Earl, sisters Evelyn and her husband Bill Murdoch and Eloise Payne, sisters-in-law Mildred Quinn, Ebba North, Ferne and her husband Lee Burns and Maxine North and by brothers-in-law Gordon Newton, Bob Dunlop, Ross Cayley, Gordon North, Thomas North and Robert and his wife Doreen North. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach (East of Zoo Park) on Monday December 30, 2013 from 10 a.m. for the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow at Wasaga Beach United Church, 380 Zoo Park Road, Wasaga Beach. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Trevor’s memory may be made to the Wasaga Beach United Church Building Fund.
